Schedule fixed assets creation/proposal

Is it possible to automate the fixed assets creation process? I looked in the FAM setup but couldn't find anything.

This came up because we had some old bills for computer equipment that needed to be setup as fixed assets.

We want NS to automatically check for transactions instead of us needing to run the asset proposal or creation process manually.
