NS miss-circulated GL impact amount.

I think NS rounds off unnecessary decimal, but the circulation was completely wrong in some cases.

Here is the example, why NS behaved like this? It's too silly and hard to understand.

118.53 * 29750 = 3526267.5, but NS impact was 3526267 without rounding off.

And more worse, 128.80 * 1870 = 240856.0, but NS impact was 3526267 (makes no scence).

What is this crazy bug?
