How to select multi subsidiaries in an Expense Category?

Hi there ,

On my Expense category page , we have subsidiary multi select field.

This proves to be really annoying when we add new subsidiary and we need to then select this new subsidiary on every single expense category item.

is there a way i can change this to include all subsidiary checkbox

or

any quicker way to upload new subsidiary to these categories without overwriting other selected subsidiary
