Set different shipping cost for a specific item

Hello,

Is there any way to set a custom shipping fee for a specific item on NetSuite or no?

I found shipping cost under item's "Sales / Pricing" and set it, but it not working because in my "List / Accounting / Shipping Items" I have a shipping rate / shipping table (by Order Total). So have can I have my common shipping rate by order total, but also have some custom shipping fee for individual items?
