Planned Outage to Australia Post Tracking & Pickup Booking Services

Please be advised that Australia Post tracking and pickup booking services will undergo approximately 1 hour routine update and maintenance. The planned maintenance is scheduled on Saturday, 20 August 2022, from 11:00 pm AEST to 12:00 am AEST, Sunday, 21 August 2022. During the outage, Australia Post tracking and pickup booking services will be unavailable. If you try connecting to tracking or pickup booking services, you will receive a connection error message. The outage was planned to undertake routine maintenance.

To get the latest updates about the planned outage and maintenance, you can check Australia Post’s Shipping & Tracking APIs status page, https://status.developers.auspost.com.au.
