Sales Order CSV Import Picking Up Wrong Prices
Hi,
I am using the CSV Sales Order Import to bring in historical Sales Orders from a legacy system to a new NS implementation. The CSV contains item details, price and quantity.
The CSV Import is ignoring the price (rate) in the csv file and picking up the price from the item's default Price Level. I would like to import the historical custom unit price into NetSuite from the Sales Order CSV file. Why is it not picking up the price from the csv file? I would appreciate any help.
Below is a screenshot of how I set up the field mapping. Any ideas?
