Very Slow Print Template for Saved Search

I have a fairly simple saved search that is filtered by transaction ID to show Items on an Item Receipt:

Very simple filters and the Results have a couple of sublist lookups and one formula:

The search runs relatively quickly, and returns the results I would expect.

I have created a (very simple!) Advanced PDF template for the search:


Saving this PDF template seems to take about 60 seconds, and similarly, printing the search using this template (even when the search only has 1 item) also takes about 60 seconds.

I have deleted and re-created the template a couple of times, and it always seems to be slow.
