Input ID / Input Value Dropdown List?

Hi,

Been struggling to understand what should I put on this two fields when adding a Dropdown that is sourced to a List. I'm adding a custom transaction body field in a mobile process page and got stuck to from this. I don't know what to put in the input id and input value.

What and where should I get the values?
