Percent Complete Project Revenue rule

Hi,

trying to understand how this rule works, but looking at Answer Id: 95556 it feels like i`m reading about the Fixed Amount Project Revenue Rule and its fields instead, and not the percent complete rev rule.

Any comment would be appreciated.
