need help with a facet question

I am starting the process of incorporating faceted search into our SCS website. So far I have 2 facets setup and they work properly.


What I need help with is that one of the facets displays on the website as the name I gave it the other displays as the item ID, even though I gave it a field name in the same manner as the other facet.
