Exchange rate field on Advanced Intercompany Journal Entry

Hello,

Our client wants to be able to edit the exchange rate on Advanced Intercompany Journal Entry. Since it is based on the transaction lines, the field is not visible at the header level. Is there a way this can be achieved. The bank adds some charges and gives them the exchange rate that is different than what it normally would be at the time of entry.
