User Names Issue

in Ask A Guru 4 comments

I have an employee that has their name showing twice. He is an admin of NetSuite. So his ID is his name but the name field also has his name in it. Mine just has my name as the ID and nothing in the name field. So my name shows in all lists as just Paul Salkeld but his name shows as Fred Smith Fred Smith.

I don't know why this is. Can anyone shed any light on this?
