This is regarding LSA counts,
Do our counts work like this?
I email a customer - 1 LSA count recorded on sales activity
Bride replied - 0 LSA count recorded
I reply Via outlook to the same thread - 1 LSA count recorded on sales activity
OR
I email a customer - 1 LSA count recorded on sales activity
Bride replied - 0 LSA count recorded

I know the emails get synced too NetSuite when we reply via outlook, i am just trying to work out if i can use the sales activity saved search I have. Thank you so much!
