Financial Institution Setup - Dependency on User Record

Hello Friends,

I joined a new company as a NetSuite Admin. The implementation is performed by one of the vendors. They have set up the Financial institution (Bank Inbound Setup) using one of the consultants.

We are in the process of transitioning in-house and continuing with the internal resources. I see the concern that disabling that user will impact the Financial Institution setup since that user has configured the same.

Can you please suggest, how to change this dependency and safely deactivate the user?
