Hide Page - if not logged in

Is it possible to hide a page if the customer is not logged in?

example: In SMT create a page Hello World - we add content that we only want viewed if logged in. If they are not logged in we don't want them to view the page.

I can sorta make it work with Jquery hide/show but wasnt sure if there was a better way to do it.
