SuiteAnswer Create Support Case - No email notification, can not view the case in Account Center
I login to SuiteAnswer and created a new case, but I did not receive any email notification about this new case. I have no idea where I can review the cases that I created.
When I go to my NetSuite Account Center where I can view my past cases, the new case I created is not there.
Can you advise?
