Custom Segment on Payroll Transactions

We are a nonprofit foundation using fund accounting. 100% of our payroll is expensed in the Current Fund. We have funds set up as a mandatory custom segment in NetSuite. How do I attach the fund to a paycheck? Thanks in advance!
