How to show only last date result on saved search with multiple returned lines?
Hi, i have created tranasction saved search to show when and who aprroved the transaction. Some transactions have multiple approval instances (where edits happen) so multiple people are returning in the search. i tried to use MAX grouping, but it seems doesnt work for me:
set up below:
CRITERIA:
RESULTS
THE ISSUE: I wasnt to eliminate the old dates and leave only the recent date in the search. if i set MAXIMUM on System Notes: Set By it picks the name alphabetically which is incorrect
