How to Search for Names in Other Languages
Hello,
We are trying to search for a customer in NetSuite in the Global Search bar that has a ğ in the name. However, our keyboards don't have this special character. So we type in "g" instead. NetSuite can not find the customer unless we type EXACTLY the same special character.
Is there a setting in NetSuite that we can adjust to allow us to search for these types of characters using the US keyboard equivalent? Or is there a field we need to enable to show "local" name?
