Filtered Save Search by Lot Number - Incredibly Slow

Our ops team uses a search for picking tickets and they want to filter by lot number. The way ours are structured, the first digit indicates the fulfillment center.

However, this causes the search to run very poorly.

I'm not sure what to do to optimize it.
