How to Resolve Error "You cannot change the item on this line..." in a Sales Order CSV import?

Hi,

I'm trying to run a data fix for Sales Orders lines with CSV import. the data fix is for custom fields only. I set the import not to run scripts and triggers. We have an ARM module active in our system.

For most of the records, I got the error "You cannot change the item on this line because it has an existing revenue element. Delete the line, and enter a new line to correct the item." but there are records that went through fine although the Revenue elements were already created.

The Items type I try to update is Kits.
