Key Performance Indicators Missing Display

Hello,

I have been working on the Key Performance Indicators portlett and am wondering how to get the charts to display at the top such as these:

I have some of my KPI marked as "Headline" which I thought was all I needed, but it still doesn't display them. Here's my setup:

And here's how it looks. I've used both an admin and non-admin role and just can't get it to display those little graphs:

Any help or tips is appreciated!
