Create Item numbers not for ARM

How do i create a item numbers that can be used for customer invoicing but not ARM?

These item numbers do not generate revenue arrangements or revenue plans. I have clicked on hold revenue recognition check box but an revenue arrangement was still created. Below is a screenshot of the item number configuration.
