about average cost and last purchase price of item record

Hi I have two questions.

The first one is

Why are "AVERAGE COST", "LAST PURCHASE PRICE" in the item record different from "AVERAGE COST", "LAST PURCHASE PRICE" in the item record and "AVERAGE COST", "LAST PURCHASE PRICE" in the Location at the bottom are different.


Second point.

Are the "AVERAGE COST" and "LAST PURCHASE PRICE" values always the same?
