Good day! Just want to ask how can I resolve the above message when I tried opening the XML file?
I have a case related to integration wherein the report which was already reflected to the 3rd party sytem is also expected to be loaded already in Netsuite. I've checked the record but the said report is still missing in NS. With this, I'm trying to check using the SOAP Web Services Usage Log. I navigated to Setup Integration SOAP Web Services Usage Log. I checked that during there was a failed integration job which happened during the date range the report is expected to be loaded. I'm trying to view the Request and Response links to see the details,
