How to set the Customer and Contact to the same status (Active/Inactive)?
HI there,
When I set a Customer to "Inactive" I received a message from the system saying:
"Do you want to inactivate dependent records?"
If we click "ok" then the Contacts attached to the Customer are set as "Inactive" too. Which is ok.
However, when we change the Customer back to "Active" the Contacts continue to be "Inactive" do you know how we can set the same rule so they come Active at the same time than the Customer?
Thanks!
