Why is Parent Project Tasks have estimated hours despite removing child tasks?

edited Oct 20, 2022 10:40PM in Ask A Guru 12 comments

Hi Guru's,

I see some strange behavior in the Project module with the Parent en Project tasks. Maybe it's normal but I think it's strange.

When I remove the last Project Task from the Parent Task (taak 4), the calculated hour on the parent task is still 1 hour, even though there are no more tasks associated with it. Why is this not set to 0 calculated work?

When I want to transfer a task back to the Parent Task (Taak 4), it is no longer available.

Why can I no longer select this task while it is still available in the overview?

Why is a task already marked as 'Completed' when the status of the Task is still 'In Progress'? more hours have been written on it than planned, but the task is not yet finished. 100% complete is therefore not appropriate for this task.

Howdy, Stranger!
