How can I pull Shipping information from Item Fulfillment back to Sales Order?

I am very new to Netsuite and am trying to figure out a way to pull Shipping information that is on the Item Fulfillment record back to the associated Sales Order. I have tried doing a custom field (not stored) and a saved summary search to pull the information from the IF, but the field does not populate. I have tried figuring out a way to do it with a workflow and saved search but still no luck, is there no way to do this without a script? If there is anyone who could provide me the steps to this
