Update Your NetSuite Mobile App to the Latest Version before January 15th, 2023
This notice is intended for customers who use the NetSuite Mobile App.
What is Changing?
As of January 15th, 2023, all offline data stored locally on your devices will no longer be accessible for versions prior to NetSuite for iOS 10.0 and NetSuite for Android 9.3.0.
Locally stored data includes:
- offline expense logs
- offline time records
- user settings
This change is due to a change in the data access algorithm. It affects only data stored locally on your device, and will not affect your data stored in NetSuite.
Recommended Actions
You must update your mobile app version before January 15th, 2023 to migrate your data to the newest standard.
Regards,
@Robert Nedelkow-Oracle | NetSuite Support Community Administrator
