Outbound Single Sign-on (SuiteSignOn) End of Support
This notice is intended for customers who use the Outbound Single Sign-on (SuiteSignOn) feature as an authentication method in your account.
What is Changing?
Support for the SuiteSignOn feature is going to end in the future. The current plan is to end the support in NetSuite 2024.1 for non-production accounts, and in NetSuite 2024.2 for production accounts. After the end-of-support date, all integrations using the SuiteSignOn feature will stop working.
Recommended Actions
We recommend you change the outbound single sign-on method for integrations to the NetSuite as OIDC Provider feature. This feature is more secure, modern, and a more reliable authentication method.
Regards,
@Robert Nedelkow-Oracle | NetSuite Support Community Administrator
