How to Show Message when the user changes the selection in the select box (Workflow)?

I am trying to create a workflow which displays some message. I want this to pop up when then user select another value in the select box with name Status.

However, I can't get it to work. I tried to set different values for the Triger On field in Action, but the action did not work. Does anyone have experience with this or know how to solve this?


I currently have a workflow with:

Record Type: Transaction

Sub Type: Item Fulfillment

Release Status: Released

Event Based

On View or Update

Trigger Type: Before Record Load

Event Types: Edit


Then an Action
