How to manage customers email subscription preferences?

Hey there Community!

Just putting this out here to see if anyone's had experience with managing customer email / mail preferences from NetSuite? We send emails/mailings through many different applications and are looking to consolidate how customers manage user preferences through multiple streams. Wondering if anyone has guidance? Thank you!
