How to resolve error: "Only the user can change this password, as this user has access..."?

Esta generando el siguiente error " Solo el usuario puede cambiar esta contraseña, ya que este usuario tiene acceso a más de una cuenta de NetSuite " pero este usuario solo pertenece a una sola cuenta. Gracias
