Upcoming Changes to the Philippines Invoicing Templates

This notice applies to customers who are using the Southeast Asia Localization SuiteApp and have Philippines as a nexus in your account.

The Southeast Asia Localization SuiteApp version 5.00.0 is targeted for release on November 8, 2022.

What is Changing:

The latest version of the Southeast Asia Localization SuiteApp merges the Philippines PDF and HTML invoicing templates. This change means that you can now use one template for both PDF and HTML formats on your transactions.

Starting November 8, 2022, the following templates will no longer be supported:

  • Philippines Billing Statement HTML Template
  • Philippines Collection Receipt HTML Template
  • Philippines Credit Memo HTML Template
  • Philippines Official Receipt HTML Template
