Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

How to resolve unexpected error when updating Revenue Arrangements and Revenue Plans?
We used the Advanced Revenue Management module, and before we post revenue, we need to ensure all revenue arrangements and plans are updated.
We go to Transactions / Financial / Update Revenue Arrangements and Revenue Recognition Plans page
I'm honestly not sure when the "Preprocessing revenue recognition plans" started appearing, but it has slowed down our process immensely. It can take up to 7 hours for this step to be completed. What happens is that we start off with maybe 50,000 errors. Every time we refresh, they resolve themselves but it takes forever. I'm hoping someone can help me decipher that error on the bottom to at least get us looking in the right places to make sure this stops happening.
