How to prevent backorders for an Item?

Hi There


Is there a way to set up certain inventory items so that they do not have a status of "backordered"?


I can see something in Suiteanswers about Automatic Location Assignment rules and creating back order rules.

However, from what I can see, that feature is separately billable?


Is there an alternative?
