How to Add PO# on Picking Template (Advanced PDF Template)?

I am trying to edit our picking template and I've checked both the basic and advanced forms and I can't find a template that matches our current template attached. I am trying to add the PO# to our template. Is there an additional place this template could be located?

When I review the picking ticket form, it says it is an advanced template, but when I preview the templates, none of them match this one. Any help would be appreciative.
