How to Source The Rate Column from SO to IF using Custom Fields

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:30PM in Ask A Guru 6 comments

Hi There

I am trying to create a custom transaction line field on the item fulfilment record, which sources the rate actually used on the sales order

Example

This is the original sales order

The fields in the red box (second screenshot) are the ones I want to source for the item fulfilment record.

Is this possible to do with a custom field?

I am currently trying to set the field value using a workflow though it is showing a blank result

For the workflow:

The item fulfilment record has the following two custom columns

The related sales order field is populated using the value from the header of the item fulfilment record and the "created from" field
