How can I Make inventory detail non-mandatory in Custom non posting sale transaction type?

Hi All,

We have created a non-posting custom transaction record that is of sale type.

When we add the serialized inventory item to this transaction, then it will show the inventory detail to be set up as mandatory for saving the record.

We want the sale-type non-posting custom transaction to work similarly like a quote or sales order in which the inventory details setup is not mandatory to do.

Is there any way to achieve this?

In short, I would like to add serialized items to this transaction type without setting up the inventory detail for that line and then save the record with out any alert.
