Why is a certain Custom List/Record Item Field not available on Transaction Search?
Hi all
I have created a custom Item field that is of the List/Record Type.
I have a Transaction Saved Search looking at Sales Orders.
With the Item on the Transaction Search I want to be able to use the Custom Item List as an available filter.
But it is not on there.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Some screenshots of Criteria below and also available filters.
What is strange is that I already have some Custom Item Fields which are of the type List/Record so I don't understand why this new one isn't visible. When I say not visible I mean that I cannot find it in the list at all.
