Which tax software is recommended for US sales tax and used tax?

Hi

We started to use NetSuite in April this year. we just open a subsidiary in US this year also. we are a manufacturer and also a reseller. We anticipate business in US will grow rapidly from Jan 2023. With the complex taxes for each state in US, we would like to use a tax software that would help us to manage the taxes to charge to US customer.

We have not enabled SuiteTax, as I understand is irreversible once its enabled. its a pity we can't trial SuiteTax first.

  1. Is it true NetSuite is replacing legacy tax with SuiteTax in 2023? How does this impact if we decided to use third party tax solution provider like Avalara?
