How to remove revenue hold from forecast plans?

A client has a ton of revenue that was on hold during their migration and I'm asked to remove the hold. I can bulk update the actual plans for removing hold. However, the forecast plans, they are still showing on hold (even after I update rev plan when the actual plan is showing normal). Therefore, I have to delete the forecast plan and update rev plan. Then the forecast plan will be consistent with the actual. Is there any way to update the forecast plan to normal, without deleting it and regenerate one? Thanks,
