Why is the approvers not receiving notifications for Purchase Orders pending in approval?

Hi Gurus


We are using SuiteApproval for approval of Purchase Orders and Amounts. The approval workflow is working properly and sending the documents to be approved to the right person.


However, they do not see any notifications on the SuiteApproval notifications not they can approve the documents through the normal screen.


In Approval History , it shows clearly the document is going to the right persons as well.


We are lost on how to resolve this. We need help
