How to upload scripts using SFTP that is initiated from a third party

Hey guys,

I would like to upload files to suitescript and create scripted records for those scripts.

The initiator for this would be a third party.

Can this be done?

I know i can upload or download files when ns is the initiator, question is can (and how) it be done when not ns is the initiator.
