How to resolve the Custom Process Import Failed via WMS?

Hi,

I've been working on a customisation to the SCM mobile application which is working in our client's sandbox account.

It's an update to the singleOrder_salesOrder_Picking process.

I now need to get this process up and running in the production account. The export appears to work fine and produces a appConfig.js file.

When I try to use that file to import the process into the production account, it fails with the following error:

  • Error: INVALID_KEY_OR_REF
  • Reason: Invalid custrecord_mobile_action_imported_proces reference key NSWMS_singleOrder_salesOrder_Picking_2.
  • File Name: undefined
  • Line Number: undefined
