How to check edits to certain fields only in Workflow Conditions?
Hello Experts,
We have a custom fields on our Sales Order "Purchaser email" and " Other Purchaser email" which if filled is use to send SO confirmation approval once sales order status is "Pending Fulfillment"
Now, if customer requests to change something, say item or ship date, the user edits the SO and make changes and hit save, this again sends the confirmation email. This is correct and accepted.
Is there a way, if user make changes (edit SO) except ship date or line item , confirmation mail should not be going as this is confusing to customer as some changes are for internal reference only.
