How to resolve error: "The following line(s) have incorrect Account-Department values"?
One of my employees is getting the following error, which doesn't even match the usual NetSuite error terminology.
Account-Department Error. The following line(s) have incorrect Account-Department values:
When I look at the line in question, the account is able to go to the department. The department isn't restricted to a GL account. The subsidiary is available for both the department and account. And even the class code is fine. There isn't anything that says the Account and Department shouldn't go together.
Just a few months ago, we could upload these same reports without any errors.
