Why does "is individual" field not working in Customer CSV Import?

Hi

having issue during import of the customers and contacts record type using import assistant. the isperson or isindividual is not working properly. passing either of these 2 columns through csv is ignored on import assistant mapping. the column isperson or is individual either of them not available to choose from netsuite.

need help related to this matter.
