Action Required: NetSuite ACH Process Feature Scheduled for Deprecation

This notice is intended for customers who are currently using a NetSuite ACH feature that is scheduled to be removed.

ACH Processing in NetSuite is Changing

NetSuite is removing an older method of processing ACH Vendor Payments and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments. This NetSuite ACH Processing feature is targeted for a removal date of March 31, 2023. The NetSuite ACH Processing feature relies on an integration with our partner, Coastal Software. We are removing only the integrated feature. To continue your existing payment processing relationship with Coastal Software, you may contact Coastal Software & Consulting, Inc. directly to discuss a Coastal Software recommended payment processing flow.
