Why do SuiteAnswer Articles Keep Refreshing?

since the look of suiteanswers has been updated, when trying to read an article the pGe keeps refreshing. This happens every 10-20 seconds and it frsutrating because it is both distracting and takes me back to the top of the page.

any ideas on how to make this stop
